RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Brandt Revival, every order is made to order and packed with care upon purchase, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you This helps reduce overproduction and is better for the earth, so thank you for making a thoughtful and badass purchase! Because many of our products are limited drops and made-to-order, we currently do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or general wear.

However, we absolutely want you to love your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • a brief description of the issue

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Items may qualify for replacement or store credit if:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the product has a manufacturing defect

Items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • in original condition

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

  • hats
  • sale items
  • limited edition drops
  • custom or personalized items
  • worn or washed merchandise

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Brandt Revival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted during launches or high-volume drops.

“Will sold-out items restock?”

Most drops are limited and may not restock once sold out.
